Rituals & backstage secrets

Before each show I mindfully meditate to clear my brain of negative energy. Backstage artists usually get their mind right and talk about transitioning between their sets with the artist before and after them. Other backstage secrets are just that secrets so that's how I will leave them. I always have my marble in my pocket or on my computer stand during the show (blown by my boy Dan K.- it has ears of energy in it that can be felt when holding. Other than that I ritually get wild on stage when I am playing (all about stage presence) it's my passion and everyone else is getting down so I do too.
